Research Paper

This article discusses the time that is taken from the curriculum teachers should/could be teaching instead of going over the test.  Teachers, principals and administrators talk about the time take to re-teach lessons that the students should have learned and reviewed from years before.

This cite discusses all the time and money involved in just the preparation and making of the test.  It shows the cost per student and the amount of money per school.  It also discusses that in some cases the school district may profit for the standardized testing.
